Privacy Policy
Effective September 10, 2026
Rad Naan Inc, doing business as Baba Kebab (“Baba Kebab,” “we,” “us”), operates baba-kebab.com and the online ordering system on it (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order & contact information — name, phone number, email address, and pickup details you give us when placing an order or submitting the catering, contact, or careers forms.
- Payment information — Stripe, Inc. processes all card payments for us. We never receive, see, or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC — those go directly to Stripe. We do receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic transaction details (amount, date).
- Job applications — if you apply for a role, we collect what you submit (name, contact info, résumé, comments).
- Site usage — like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand traffic and ad performance; see “Cookies” below.
How we use it
To prepare and fulfill your order and contact you about it; to respond to catering, contact, and job inquiries; to send marketing emails or texts only if you opt in at checkout; to improve the Site and menu based on aggregate traffic; and to meet our tax and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run the Site: Stripe (payments), Resend (order and notification emails), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Google (Analytics and Ads). Each is contractually limited to using your information to provide their service to us.
SMS & email marketing
If you check the box at checkout to receive promotional emails or texts, we'll send occasional offers and news. Message and data rates may apply to texts. Reply STOP to any text, or click “unsubscribe” in any email, to opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing doesn't affect order-confirmation messages, which we send to fulfill your order.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to measure site usage and ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may work less well.
Data retention
We keep order and contact records as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, and tax purposes, then delete them.
Your choices
Email [email protected] or call (512) 284-8061 to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information — for example, we never store card numbers ourselves. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision.
