Welcome to baba-kebab.com (the “Site”), operated by Rad Naan Inc, doing business as Baba Kebab (“Baba Kebab,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Ordering & payment
- Prices, availability, and menu items are subject to change without notice and may differ from other channels (in-store, delivery apps).
- Orders are for pickup at 2111 Sam Bass Rd, Suite 1600, Round Rock, TX during posted business hours.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item becomes unavailable — and will refund any payment for a canceled order.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details.
- Please review your order before submitting. If there's a mistake, call us right away at (512) 284-8061 so we can try to fix it before we start preparing it.
Pickup times
Pickup times are estimates. Actual readiness may vary, especially during busy periods. We'll do our best to have your order ready at the selected time.
Allergens
Our kitchen prepares food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, and others). We can't guarantee any item is free of a particular allergen. If you have a food allergy, please call us before ordering.
Catering
Catering orders require advance notice (currently at least 8 hours) and may be subject to a delivery minimum. Contact us for current catering policies, including cancellation terms.
Careers & applications
Submitting a job application doesn't guarantee an interview or offer of employment. We review applications as positions become available.
Website use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes — for example, not to submit false information, interfere with the Site's operation, or use automated systems to place orders or scrape content without our permission.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Rad Naan Inc or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baba Kebab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
